Blasi reinforces its commitment to local Catalan food
On October 6th and 8th, Blasi will present a selection of its most outstanding products to the Catalan Food and Gastronomy Professional Fair (Àpat Fair), which will take place at Las Arenas shopping center in Barcelona.
The event will feature a talk by Xavier Cordomí, chocolate master at Chocolates Blasi, who will talk about chocolate for celiacs, diabetics and vegans. The event will take place on Saturday, October 6th at 5 p.m. and you can taste some samples to check the quality of the artisan chocolate that Blasi has been making since 1877.
Àpat Fair is the professional fair of food produced in Catalonia, where producers and processors of Catalan products can present their products every year to shops, restaurants, hotels, wine shops, distributors and final consumers.
Blasi, thus, reinforces its commitment to local Catalan food and invites everyone to participate.
